Horse Syndicate
Grandia Dressage invites a small group of partners to share in the ownership, costs, and joy of a competition dressage horse — without the burden of full ownership.
Express InterestA horse syndicate brings together a small group of people who co-own a horse, share the annual costs, and share in everything that follows — the training milestones, the competition results, the quiet moments in the barn.
Your horse lives at Off Broadway Farm under the full-time care of the Grandia Dressage team. You get regular updates, barn access, and a front-row seat to the competition journey — without a single feed bill landing in your mailbox.
Syndicates are intentionally kept small — typically four to ten shares — so every member has a real stake and a real voice.
Members purchase an ownership percentage of the horse. The buy-in covers your share of the horse's value and sets the foundation of the partnership.
Annual expenses — board, training, veterinary care, farrier, and competition fees — are divided among shareholders. Each member contributes proportionally, making serious competition accessible.
Regular updates, barn visits, competition invitations, and major decision-making are shared with the group. You are an owner in every meaningful sense.
